Delivery information

Your parcel will be delivered to you at your specified address at a time you are present unless you instruct us to deliver otherwise. This ensures that we do not lose your packages. 15% of ecommerce packages get lost in major cities and we ensure that yours is not one of them by delivering it into your hands.

Delivery is a service we provide using experienced delivery professionals. We ensure that you get your delivery on the same day if not within 3 hours of purchase. So just like all companies, we charge for delivery. Our subscription model is coming soon where you don't have to pay for delivery.

No you will not be charged customs fees since we are only dealing with local retailers. However you will be resposible for any taxes.

If your purchase is within the grace period allowed by the merchant for returns then you can return it for a full refund or for exchange. We will provide you with the necessary support to make your return or exchange problem free.

Orders and Returns

We provide live tracking of your order through the Lumacart app. So you know where your order is at any point in time. 

We inform you when we pick up your order and you can track your order live until it is delivered into your hands. There may be rare cases where your item may be delayed in getting to you. In such situation we may take extra steps to accomodate your complaint at our discretion.

You may use any major credit or debit card such as AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD

Our system does not support payment by gift cards yet. This is a feature we are working on.

All payments receive confirmation so if your payment goes through you will get a confirmation that it has gone through and your order is processed. If you don't get a confirmation then it has not gone through.
